My Ableton Live Upright Preset is the same concept as the Piano Preset but the EQ and compression are modified to help you get great tones on upright pianos. This is also made with all stock Ableton Plug-ins! Just load in your favorite Ableton upright piano or third party upright plug-in and you’ll have an amazing starting point for killer tone.
This preset includes a base EQ, compression, “punch” (for more aggressive moments), chorus, three different delay times, verb and also an optional “Scale” feature that doesn’t let you hit any notes out of the selected key you are in. Also included as an Effects Rack if that is your preference.
